**About the Role:**
As a Clinical Specialist, you'll be at the heart of their mission, championing the adoption and growth of our cutting-edge catheter-based therapy technologies. This role leverages your hands-on experience in the cath lab, allowing you to provide invaluable technical, clinical, and educational support. You will work closely with implanting teams and our field organization to drive procedural success and improve patient outcomes.

**What You'll Be Doing:**
* **Technical and Clinical Leadership:** You'll be scrubbing in, just like in your cath lab days, applying your expert knowledge in cardiovascular technology to assist with procedures and ensure best practices. You'll also be training teams on the correct application of our technologies, with a focus on safety and efficacy.

***Education and Training:** Your know-how will be key in developing and implementing training programs for physicians, hospital staff, and your team. Stay at the forefront of clinical data and emerging trends to ensure everyone is equipped with the latest knowledge.

***Sales Support:** Your hands-on experience in the cath lab, combined with your understanding of our products, will make you an asset to the sales team. You'll be collaborating with them to meet sales targets and execute strategic business plans.

**Your Ideal Background:**
We're looking for experienced Cardiovascular Technologists, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Cath lab Nurses, ideally with a clinical or sales background within the healthcare environment. A degree is beneficial but not mandatory, especially if you have significant industry experience or honorable military service.

**Preferred Skills:**
A degree in engineering, nursing, or the sciences, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science would be great. Experience with wires, balloons, catheters, stents, teaching and educating medical personnel, and imaging interpretation is a plus.
Open to relocation. Come live in the San Francisco Bay area.
