Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Manager

Responsibilities
\n \nPrimarily supporting as Scrum of Scrum Master for Platform Engineering, Platform Data, Platform Connectivity, and Monitoring but directly coordinating dependencies with ServiceNow CMDB and other product teams.
\nCoaching for all Cloud & Edge scrum masters.
\nHave expertise in AI to augment all agile processes with Copilot agents and shared prompts for team to use.
\nAlso, might need to help in strategic cross-platform workshops, including architecture and product alignment initiatives that require coordination among product owners, architects, engineering leads, and platform stakeholders. Supports preparation activities such as workshop agendas, stakeholder alignment, expectation surveys, and collaborative planning sessions, enabling faster decision-making and consensus-building.
\nLead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming)
\nMaintain sprint plans, velocity tracking, and capacity forecasts on Azure DevOps
\nProvide clear and proactive communication of project progress, risks, issues, and blockers
\nManage cross-team dependencies, timelines, and deliverables
\nDevelop and maintain project artifacts (roadmaps, RAID logs, status reports), partnering with Data Product Manager
\nPartner with Data Product Manager and Business Leads to ensure alignment on priorities and scope
\nFacilitate collaboration across engineering, data, product, and business teams
\nDrive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team
\nEnsure delivery readiness and support leadership with executive-level updates.
\n \nSkills Must have
\n \nMinimum experience required (years): 8+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience, with at least 5+ years additionally managing projects, timelines, risks, and cross- functional/Leadership communication.
\nReadiness to align working hours with EST timezone
\nProven Scrum Master experience running Agile ceremonies and removing impediments
\nStrong project management skills (risk tracking, logs, schedules, dependencies)
\nExcellent communication skills with leadership-level reporting
\nAbility to synthesize delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans
\nExperience working with cross-functional technical and business teams
\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps.
\nProject Management or Agile related Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP)

\nAbility to support change management and stakeholder alignment
