Lead Teacher

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Lead Teachers for our Palatine center to guide young children’s learning and development. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate curriculum, oversee daily classroom routines, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment. You will observe and document each child’s progress, communicate frequently with families, and collaborate with a supportive, inclusive team. As a Lead Teacher, you’ll help shape children’s early educational experiences while growing your career within a learning-focused organization.
