Responsibilities Direct to Consumer Specialist department is looking for Pickers/Packers/Loaders to join our e‑commerce team. As a Picker/Packer/Loader, you will utilize cutting‑edge technology and powered equipment to pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring packages meet our high standards. Your attention to detail is essential as you navigate computer‑based programs to streamline order processing and exceed customer expectations. Shifts: Sunday–Wednesday (6 am–4:30 pm) or Thursday–Saturday (6 am–6:30 pm) Ability to follow standardized work as it relates to picking, packing, loading, and cutting procedures Consistently meet time‑based productivity standards Utilize the voice‑picking system to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Ensure correct quantity and quality of items are picked/packed for each order according to established procedures Comfortable working in multi‑level picking modules and around conveyor systems Maintain a safe work area, adhering to safety policies and procedures Adhere to standardized work as it relates to picking (less than case and full case), packing and cutting procedures Support and work in various departments throughout the Distribution Center Work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment Work on completed customer packages Maintain inventory accuracy throughout the Distribution Center Replenishment and Putaway Specialist Responsible for ensuring inventory is always stocked and organized for seamless operations. Shifts: Sunday–Wednesday (6 am–4:30 pm), Monday–Friday (7 am–3:30 pm) or Thursday–Saturday (6 am–6:30 pm) Relocate inventory from Receiving dock to open‑air reserve locations or active pick locations Operate manual pallet jack and powered equipment (walkie rider, stock chaser, stand‑up forklift, order picker, and/or reach truck) to perform putaway tasks in multi‑level pick modules Use handheld devices to receive replenishment and putaway tasks Navigate aisles and lift mechanism to reach high racks, adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries Consistently meet time‑based productivity standards Comfortable working in multi‑level picking modules and around conveyor systems Maintain a safe work area, adhering to safety policies and procedures Support and work in other departments throughout the Distribution Center Work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment Maintain inventory accuracy throughout the Distribution Center Store Replenishment Specialist Shifts: Monday–Friday (7 am–3:30 pm) Maintain accuracy while pulling, packing and loading product Utilize voice picking to accurately fulfill customer or store replenishment orders Understand all areas of the outbound process, including Direct to Customer (e‑commerce) and Store Replenishment Receive, inspect, process and accept merchandise into the Distribution Center Check freight and ensure accuracy of products received Stow product throughout the Distribution Center ensuring accuracy Operate motorized and non‑motorized equipment (certification required) Consistently meet all Labor Management and productivity standards Maintain a clean and safe Distribution Center, adhering to safety policies and procedures Train and support other departments throughout the Distribution Center as needed Work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment Arrive promptly to work the assigned schedule Maintain discretion related to confidential/sensitive company and customer information Inbound Specialist Shifts: Monday–Friday (7 am–3:30 pm) Receive, inspect, process and accept merchandise into the Distribution Center Check freight and verify accuracy and condition of products received Stow product throughout the Distribution Center while maintaining inventory accuracy Utilize warehouse systems and scanning technology to process inbound merchandise Understand all areas of the inbound process, including receiving, putaway, and inventory control Operate motorized and non‑motorized equipment (certification required) Consistently meet all Labor Management and productivity standards Maintain a clean and safe Distribution Center, adhering to safety policies and procedures Train and support other departments throughout the Distribution Center as needed Work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment Arrive promptly to work the assigned schedule Maintain discretion related to confidential/sensitive company and customer information Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 3 months combined work history Proficiency in operating multiple pieces of warehouse powered equipment (walkie rider, stock chaser, stand‑up forklift, order picker, and/or reach truck) Experience working in a Distribution Center or warehouse environment preferred Knowledge of distribution systems such as labor management system, radio frequency devices and voice picking preferred Ability to pass background checks and investigations due to foreign, federal, state and local regulations;
