Sales Account ManagerMeduri Farms, Inc., a leading producer of innovative dried fruit ingredients, is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to develop and grow strategic customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.This position is ideal for an experienced food industry sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, developing new business, and working collaboratively with customers and internal teams to bring innovative products to market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies for assigned customers and markets.Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding product offerings with existing customers.Manage assigned accounts to achieve established revenue, volume, margin, and profitability objectives.Develop and negotiate customer pricing, contracts, programs, and commercial terms.Plan and conduct annual customer business reviews and strategic account meetings.Manage and provide directions to assigned independent brokers and sales agents, including establishing expectations and monitoring sales performance.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer information, and opportunity pipelines in HubSpot CRM.Monitor customer and industry trends and partner with R&D to develop new products, applications, and packaging solutions.Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Accounting, and Customer Service to meet customer needs and support business growth.Represent Meduri Farms at customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows.Travel approximately 33% of scheduled workdays, or approximately 86 days annually, based on customer and business needs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field and 5–7 years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience within the food or ingredient industry; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Experience selling custom food ingredients or value-added food products in a B2B environment.Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot or another CRM system preferred.Ability and willingness to meet the travel requirements of the position.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience (DOE), plus Sales Compensation/Bonus Plan.Meduri Farms offers a competitive benefits package designed to support employees and their families, which may include:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidaysLife insuranceAdditional company-sponsored employee benefitsBenefit eligibility, coverage, employee contributions, and other plan provisions are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefit plans.Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to perform regular business travel, including air and vehicle travel; attend customer meetings, trade shows, and manufacturing facility visits; and occasionally lift or transport product samples, luggage, trade-show materials, or similar items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.About Meduri FarmsMeduri Farms, Inc. is a food processing company specializing in innovative dried fruit products and ingredients.
