What You’ll Be Responsible For Editing high-converting D2C ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Iterating on winning creatives rapidly Turning UGC/raw footage into performance-ready ads Collaborating on creative strategy (not just execution) What We’re Looking For You’re already using AI tools in your workflow: Deep Performance Editing Experience Strong Aesthetic Sense AI-First Mindset Image editing skills (Photoshop or equivalent) is a strong plus Ability to manipulate raw assets into polished creatives If you “just edit what you’re given,” this role isn’t for you. Nice to Have Experience in skincare/beauty / D2C brands Experience working alongside creative strategists How to Apply Please include:
