Battery Outfitters is looking for a dependable Warehouse Team Member to join our Golden, MO team. No warehouse experience is required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hard-working, willing to learn, and has a positive attitude. We will train the right person. What You'll Do Label batteries and prepare product for storage, delivery, or customer pickup Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive, restock, and organize incoming inventory Load and unload trucks using manual pallet jacks or forklifts Collect, sort, and process returned product and battery cores Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Assist with basic inventory checks and report any discrepancies Support the team wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Reliable and on time — you show up ready to work Strong work ethic and willingness to do the job right Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Physically able to lift heavy items and stay active throughout the day Valid driver's license required Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but not required No previous warehouse experience necessary — we are willing to train What We Offer Steady Monday-Friday schedule Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Employee discounts Opportunities for growth within the company Supportive team environment At Battery Outfitters, we believe in putting people first.
