Overview

TRC is seeking an Air Quality Project Manager to join our Air Measurements practice in our Lakewood, CO office. This individual may report to our other CO Offices as well, with the potential to work from various locations within the state.

Responsibilities

• Lead air quality compliance, permitting, and relatedhigh-impactprojects for chemical, forest products, refinery, power, oil andgasand industrial clientslocatedin the Colorado region.

• Serve as a technical resource on air quality compliance assurance andpermittingprograms, including regulatory analyses of facility operations; major and minor source air permit applications under NSR, PSD, Title V, and state-level regulations; and NESHAP MACT compliance programs.

• Exceed client expectations with frequent communication,effectiveproposal development,and producing highquality workproducts.

• Collaborate withproject teams to provide exceptional project deliverables related to air quality permitting and compliance in an efficient andtimelymanner.

• Manage project budgets and complete projectinvoicing, consistent with TRC best practices.

• Work with other TRC project managers and leaders across theAir QualityConsulting group on strategic pursuits within the company, region, and in the air quality arenaincluding energy projectsincluding extraction,transport, and generation.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in chemical, environmental, mechanical, civil engineering, or environmental related discipline.
• 10 years+ of environmental, air quality compliance,permittingexperience, including programs such as Title V, EPA Toxic Release Inventory, New Source Review, Air Qualitypermittingand MACT.
• Recent working relationships and experience within the EPA Toxic Release, Pollution, Air Resources, Quality Air permitting, and/or industrial sectors.
• PE license or environmental certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• An effective collaborator and strategic thinker.

Compensation : In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
