Provides technical and consultative support on the most complex technical matters. Analyzes, designs, and develops systems based upon user specifications. Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support. Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of technical industry trends. May assist with identifying training needs or with training of less experienced staff. May serve as project leader for specific projects.Responsibilities: Manage and resolve issues against ServiceNow applicationsAdvise internal teams and lines of business regarding process and technology inefficiencies within the platformPerform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediationMaintain and improve the overall stability of the platform ensuring best practices are identified and incorporated into the platformExperience with ServiceNow best practices and understand the best solutions to remediate technical debt in the Now platformManage Instance Security, User/Group access, roles and associated relationships, and Access Control Lists (ACLs)Provide training and knowledge across the platform to our internal team and external business partnersDevelop reporting strategy and maintenance plan for platform wide reportingStrong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming (OOP)Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.5+ yrs of experience in application development plan, ITSM and Service NowPreferred Qualifications:Configuration and modification of the ServiceNow platform in the following areas IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Intelligent Apps, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM)Familiarity with the User Experience Tools, Service Intelligence, and Service ExperiencesKnowledge and Experience working with Web Services, REST, JSONv2Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)YesWorkplace Type:OfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
