We are actively recruiting an Occupational Medicine Physician for our Ambulatory Care clinics. The Occupational Medicine Physician is responsible for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of work‑related injuries and illnesses. This role ensures the health and safety of employees through clinical care, workplace assessments, and collaboration with employers and other healthcare professionals. Location: Rancho Bernardo (16950 Via Tazon). This position does not include an academic appointment through the School of Medicine. Minimum Qualifications M.D. or D.O. degree Current California Medical License, or ability and commitment to obtain California license prior to start date Minimum of two years’ experience, including experience in an occupational health clinic setting Board Certified or Board Eligible in occupational medicine (preferred), internal, family, or emergency medicine (considered) DOT Certified Special Conditions Must be able to obtain UCSD Medical Staff privileges and maintain during employment Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre‑employment physical Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $0 - $0 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $0.00 - $0.00 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
