Payrate: $30.54 - $32.28/hr.

Summary:

This position involves managing parts data and supporting product engineering initiatives. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong data analysis skills, particularly in SAP and the MS Office Suite. The candidate will work on local generalist tactical execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and requirements while supporting broader business initiatives and standardization efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Execute general specification analyst duties.
• Participate in dedicated project efforts and adhere to local timelines and project requirements.
• Process unit tasks and part plans, ensuring change decision execution with audit standardization.
• Support broader business initiatives and standardization efforts.
• Maintain data integrity through ECM, parts, and report monitoring efforts.
• Provide administrative support for specification efforts.
• Compile, analyze, and summarize materials for decision-making and business justifications.
• Facilitate and coordinate meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with SAP and proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• High attention to detail and quality work practices.
• Previous experience with PDMlink and a continuous learner mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but an Associate's Degree is acceptable.

Skills:

• Experience with PowerBI and PowerApps is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to process and tool changes, both internal and external.
• Willingness to learn new processes and improve existing ones.

**Pay Transparency: ***The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.54 - $32.28 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
