Staffing Coordinator

Our Staffing Coordinator position is perfect for a college graduate and is entry level for building your career in our sales, recruiting or marketing departments. The successful Staffing Coordinator will be outgoing and ambitious, establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers quickly, have a passion for recruiting and the desire to be successful. This position will play an integral role in helping to meet the demands of our client direct hire staffing throughout the United States. This role is based at our client warehouse in Logan Townshipand cannot work remotely. Work Hours -20-40 hours per week Mon-Fri 8am-5pm What you’ll do: Recruit candidates via in person hiring events, video and phone interviews Ensurequality of approved candidates for hiring teams and prep them for their interviewand work experience Understandprofiles required to provide successful candidates to clients Approve or dismiss candidates following the screening, and prep the approved candidates to be successful for their new job Complete I-9, drug test and all pre-hire requirements for each candidate Interact, correspond, and maintain effective communication with , candidates, internal teamsand client Follow up and drive conversion of candidates in pipeline. Meetall required compliance reports weekly Requirements 2+ years in hospitality, admin support or customer service role 2+ years in Recruiting Coordination or HR a plus Strong office admin skills (outlook, MS office suite) required Ability to work in person overtime as needed to complete work on a daily/weekly basis Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone Creative idea generator Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Integrity Staffing Solutions
