Are you passionate about delivering white-glove service? Do you thrive in a high-touch, fast-paced environment where no detail is too small and every client is VIP? We are looking for a polished, service-obsessed professional to join our Concierge Service Center in Sunrise, FL.
About the Role
As a Bilingual Luxury Personal Concierge , you will be the dedicated point of contact for our elite home warranty members, ensuring every interaction is seamless, thoughtful, and executed with precision. From managing service requests to guiding high-value clients through their warranty coverage, you’ll embody our commitment to excellence and redefine what luxury customer service means.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main contact for high-net-worth clients via phone, email, and SMS
- Deliver personalized, luxury-level support for all inquiries and service requests
- Drive retention, upsell services, and support membership sales
- Coordinate services with internal teams and vendors
- Own escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with accuracy and care
- Occasionally visit clients at their homes for key moments (e.g., gift delivery)
What You Bring
- 3+ years in luxury concierge, hospitality, or high-end customer service
- 1+ year of experience in a contact center or phone-based support
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Grace under pressure and high emotional intelligence
- Professionalism, discretion, and confidence in working with elite clients
- Strong CRM and tech system proficiency
- Flexible availability (some weekends/after-hours as needed)
- Valid driver's license (occasional client visits required)
- Bilingual (Spanish- English)
