Responsibilities: Main Responsibilities: Operate machinery and tools to prepare customer orders Gather multiple parts and components and package them together as one complete order set Measure and cut fiber cable to customer specifications Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy Maintain strong quality and safety standards Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment You May Also Rotate Through Other Departments: Receiving Unload trucks Inspect and verify incoming shipments Stock materials using pallet jacks or forklifts Picking Use RF scanners or voice systems to pull items for orders Select the correct products and quantities Stage materials for packing Shipping Double-check order accuracy Pack materials securely Build pallets and load trailers Schedule and Pay: Mon-Fri 4:00am-12:00pm $20.19/hr 7:00am-3:00pm $20.19/hr 12:00pm-8:00pm $23.22/hr 3:00pm-11:00pm $23.22/hr Sun-Thurs 11:00pm-7:00am $24.23/hr Occasional mandatory overtime on Saturday Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Comfortable working at heights Warehouse/manufacturing experience Stand-up forklift and reach truck experience required Basic computer skills High school diploma or GED Drug screen Background check Benefits Available to Eligible Express Associates Medical/Dental/Vision Plan Life Insurance Short-Term Disability 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Direct Deposit Holiday Pay #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East
