The Springs of Brinkley is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team. From self-care to meaningful daily routines, your work helps residents regain independence, dignity, and confidence—one task, one goal, one day at a time.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

• Evaluate and treat residents with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges impacting daily living

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic recovery

• Document therapy sessions and progress toward treatment objectives

• Educate residents, families, and staff to support continued success

 

What You Bring:

 

• Active Arkansas OT license

• Strong clinical skills and a resident-focused approach
