Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with a focus on outpatient care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.

The Physical Therapist will manage an average caseload of 55 visits per week, performing 60-minute evaluations and developing treatment plans for a variety of cases, including but not limited to:

• Achilles Tendonitis
• ACL Tear
• Back Pain - Post-Operative
• Calf Strain
• Disc Herniation
• Fractures/Stress Fractures
• Generalized Low Back Pain
• Headache
• Meniscus Tear
• Osteoarthritis
• Plantar Fasciitis
• Postural Dysfunction
• Rotator Cuff Non-Surgical Intervention
• Rotator Cuff Repair - Post-Operative Care
• SI Joint Dysfunction
• Stenosis
• Total Joint Replacement

The clinic serves a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Minimum 1+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. New graduates will be considered.

The schedule is flexible and will be discussed with the candidate. Clinic hours are:

• Monday Thursday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM

The clinic utilizes NextGen for documentation purposes, enhancing the efficiency of patient care.

Generous staff support is available, including Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and aides.

Dress Code: Business Casual. Opportunity for temp-to-perm consideration will be available.

The clinic is equipped with a Generative AI Documentation Scribe, which assists clinicians in generating compliant clinical documentation in real time, allowing them to focus on patient care.
