As we expand our footprint along the Gulf Coast, we are looking for a Fellowship-Trained General Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing practice in Panama City and Panama City Beach, Florida, starting in 2028.

This role presents a unique chance to establish a diverse orthopedic practice in one of Florida's most sought-after coastal locations. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, therapists, and clinical support staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions using both non-operative and surgical methods. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing orthopedic surgical procedures primarily in an outpatient setting.
• Developing and managing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Overseeing patient recovery processes.
• Providing high-quality pre-operative and post-operative care.

The physician will work closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes, helping to restore mobility, function, and quality of life for individuals throughout the region.
