Dynamic and fast growing Independent RIA seeks a Wealth Advisor to inherit relationships from 3 retiring advisors over the next 2-3 years (~200M+ AUM).

- Strong expertise in advising executives, newly independent women, as well as entrepreneurs approaching liquidity events

- $175,000 first year compensation package with potential to convert to revenue based payout over time. Clear track towards equity ownership
Requirements
- Advanced designations such as CFP, CDFA, CEP or CEPA strongly preferred
