In-Home Sales Manager | Lead 6-12 Closers

Southern National Roofing in Columbia, MD is seeking a Selling Sales Manager to train, lead, and scale a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers. You will start with paid training in Charlotte, learn our proven process, and then run a 30-day pre-qualified schedule before assuming leadership of the team.
You will coach from live call reviews, lead daily leadership and team meetings, and ensure every rep adheres to the process. Prior leadership experience is beneficial but not required.
