Key Responsibilities\n Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: \n \n Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to assess needs, strengths, and challenges. \n Develop individualized care plans that incorporate evidence-based treatment modalities. \n Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for sharing and growth. \n Provide mental health support to clients dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and various behavioral challenges. \n Maintain detailed and organized documentation to track client progress and treatment outcomes. \n Collaborate with other health professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are seeking support for a variety of mental health issues.
