Production Operator

Production Operator (Night Shift) | Westbury, NY

Compensation $20-$22/hour

We are hiring a Production Operator for our Westbury, NY, manufacturing facility. This is a night shift role (Thursday-Saturday, 9:00 PM-9:00 AM) ideal for candidates with experience in production operations, equipment setup, and quality control .

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment to meet output and quality standards
• Monitor product quality and adjust processes within standard operating procedures
• Track production data and maintain accurate batch records and reports
• Ensure correct materials are used according to production schedules
• Identify, label, and manage materials throughout the manufacturing process
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Communicate production updates, issues, and deviations to supervisors

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Basic math skills (weights and measurements)
• Experience operating forklifts; hoist/crane experience preferred
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Technical training or associate degree preferred
