Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Approves mathematical, statistical, and economic techniques that determine market conditions, project consumer needs and inform business initiatives.Analyzes and reviews trends found from modelling to inform other lines of business such as product development and marketing decisions.Oversees data mining models, statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify key customer segments and to simulate impact of potential business decisions.Develops and presents detailed reports and conclusions for business, finance, and investment management based on data summaries.Analyzing results for multiple functions and communicating conclusions from complex models to a wide range of audiences.Partners with other areas of the business to model outcome of implementing potential business strategies.Manages large, complex projects or processes with limited oversight while working with other team members to ensure accurate findings and results.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have skills: -Data modeling, NOSQL, PythonBachelor's Degree RequiredWork Experience-5 Years Required; 7 Years PreferredPhysical Requirements: Sedentary WorkCareer Level: 8ICRequired Skills:-Data modeling experience in designing relational databases and data warehouses; proficiency with the Hackolade modeling tool.Experience in integrating governance processes such as creating Meta Model and Data Lineage documentation with GIT and Collibra platforms.Hands-on experience with Snowflake database and writing complex queries.Expertise in query performance tuning.Preferred Skills:Hands-on experience with AWS, Teraforms, Glue, and Python.CloudBees pipeline frameworks.ServiceNow Change Management process.Our client is a leading Insurance Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
