You will serve local communities by welcoming guests, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Responsibilities Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with accuracy and efficiency. Assist guests at the entry, cashier, and dining areas and stay on the move to meet customer needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift. Execute duties in specific areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc. Qualifications Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Clear communication and quick understanding of directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask with ease. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
