Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism. Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently. Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities. Receive newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications.
