We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! As a State Farm agent team member you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest updates
- Create quote packages to present to potential customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
