What You'll Do (Department Manager)
Responsibilities may vary by department:
Guest Service DM
- Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional guest experience
- Oversee sales promotions and service standards
- Maintain organized Front Counter, McDelivery cell, and Drive-Thru operations
Kitchen DM
- Ensure quality, safety, and fast-food production
- Monitor food cost and inventory
- Train kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items
People DM
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
- Motivate and recognize team members
- Support staff development and retention
All Department Managers:
- Monitor performance and achieve departmental goals
- Support shifts and operations for 100% customer satisfaction
- Delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
What You Need
- Previous managerial experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
- Positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older
