Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and commissioning Building Automation Systems (BAS), Fire Alarm Systems, or related building technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with BAS and integrated fire/life safety systems, including maintenance, repair, system upgrades, and technical support.
• 5+ years of experience interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, specifications, and applicable regulatory codes.
• 5+ years of experience leading field service activities, installation projects, technical teams, or customer-facing service operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple service calls, projects, or priorities in a fast-paced field service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of Building Automation and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues remotely and on-site to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to field service technicians.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct system testing, inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance verification activities.
