Among other things, the Senior Counsel will provide expert level labor and employment law oversight, legal advice and support to various business lines and stakeholders. The Senior Counsel will manage various employment litigation matters, oversee external counsel, manage budgets, and may prepare resolutions, contracts, memoranda to management, litigation documents and forms and participate in major legal actions.
