Mazak CNC Integrex III 5 Axis Lathe

Job Summary We are seeking an elite Mazak Integrex Lathe Set-Up/Programmer to program, set up, and run 5-axis turn/mill and prototype operations. Responsibilities Program, set up, and run Mazak Integrex and Mazatrol control machines. Use Mastercam to generate G- and M-codes for 5-axis machining. Read 2-D prints and 3-D models for tool path creation. Execute prototype and low-quantity machining operations. Collaborate with engineering to resolve machining issues. Qualifications 10+ years of machining experience. Proficient with Mazak Integrex, Mazatrol control, and 5-axis turn/mill machining. Expertise in Mastercam and CAD/CAM software. Strong knowledge of G-codes, M-codes, and GD/MT. U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliant). Physical & Mental Demands Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
