Operations Clerk - Pineville, NC What You’ll Do: You’ll be a key player as our Ops Clerk; you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support Operational activities in a 24/7 facility. Schedule will include work on weekends and/or holidays. In This Role You’ll: Accurately receive and enter customer orders ensuring complete and correct information Process key documents such as load plans, bills of lading, driver records, variances, credits/debits, and product complaints Print and distribute order forms to support smooth and efficient customer ordering Maintain up-to-date and organized customer files and records Perform other related duties as assigned What You’ll Bring: Strong communication skills—both verbal and written Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.) Familiarity with order processing procedures and customer service techniques Ability to manage complaints with professionalism and efficiency Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule Ability to work with minimal supervision Commitment to acting in alignment with GSF’s Values and Creed Schedule & Setting: Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5°F to 38°F) Shift: Primarily a 4-day work week, Sun-Wed -starting at 5:30am Weekend and holiday availability required Pay & Benefits: Weekly pay (every Friday) Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 30 days 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more Company-provided uniforms and work shoes
