About the Role Join our team as the KFC Restaurant General Manager for KBP Foods, a leading franchisee of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) . In this role you will lead a team, implement strategies, and drive the success of an individual restaurant within our growing network of over 800 KFC locations nationwide. Bonus and Compensation Eligible for a bonus program paid out every period based on restaurant performance. Expected starting compensation varies by location: Maryland ($53,000–$58,000), New York ($55,000–$60,000), NYC ($65,000–$70,000), Cincinnati, OH ($54,000–$58,000). A Day in the Life Control profitability by following cash control, security procedures, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs. Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success. Complete inventory counts every other week. Maintain a clean environment and deliver exceptional guest experiences with friendliness and quality product. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail environment with P&L responsibility in a quick‑serve restaurant. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week. Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects and stand and walk constantly for entire shifts. Must maneuver safely through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment.
