Join us for a once in a lifetime opportunity.The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Destination Universal Sales Specialist is a guest-facing role focused on achieving sales goals while delivering a consistently positive guest experience at Universal-branded off-property locations in the South Bay area of San Diego.Success in this role requires strong consultative sales skills, product expertise, and exceptional guest service. As part of a 365-day-a-year sales operation, you’ll act as an off-site extension of the Universal brand, selling Universal Studios Hollywood ticket products and select third-party offerings. You’ll identify opportunities to elevate each guest’s visit, confidently introducing premium options such as the VIP Experience, to drive incremental revenue while creating memorable experiences.
