Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and dining)
• Administer medications according to care plans
• Monitor resident health and report changes to the care team
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Respond to resident needs with urgency, dignity, and compassion
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with families

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Arizona Caregiver Certification (required)
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB test
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with seniors
• A reliable, team-first mindset
