Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent educ/experience Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need.
