Electronic Assembler

Electronics AssemblerThe Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues. Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures. Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products. Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. Create labor records for all transactions. Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.Minimum Years of experience: 2 – 3 years. Education Background: High School Diploma/ GED. Languages competency? English. Is there any certification required? IPC-610. Key Skills: Assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards. Read design drawings. Electronic component identification. Understanding of Quality standards. Ability to use microscope for long periods of time. Key Abilities: follow standard procedures, Identifying solder defects. Is travel required? No. Is it a home-office position? No. Is there any system/knowledge candidates need to have proficiency in? computer skills, SAP. Is field Experience required? No. Job level expectation: beginner to Intermediate. Salary Expectation: USD 19.50. Is required to work on the weekend? Yes, as needed.
