Shifts: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Days

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. This role involves performing a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will support imaging technologists and ensure efficient patient flow as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist

Perform routine and advanced imaging procedures.
Collaborate with management and physicians to enhance the work environment.
Provide support and assistance to radiologists and referring physicians.
Ensure compliance with state and federal policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions.
Adapt patient assessment and care methods to meet individual needs.

Requirements of the MRI Technologist

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) certification from ARRT or ARMRIT is required.
State Licensure if the assignment is in New Mexico.
BLS certification required via AHA.
Basic computer experience required.
1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
