Paid weekly on Fridays Earn recognition for doing great work through our Work Tango rewards platform, this is where your performance turns into prizes Employee purchase plan Grow your career with Impact YOUniversity, our internal development program built to prepare future leaders for what’s next 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan plus company matching up to 4% As a Sales Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for: Drive store revenue performance by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets Managing and maintaining the store's inventory Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints If needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer’s location Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager Qualifications Great attitude and upbeat personality Heavy lifting required Sales experience desired Possess a valid state Driver’s License for a minimum of 1 year Be at least 18 years of age Be legally permitted to work in the US Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check Benefits are available for full time (40 hour) employees at this time.
