Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proposed janitorial personnel must be able to speak in a clear and understandable English language and shall have worked in the commercial janitorial industry for a minimum of six (6) years.
• Shall have consecutively provided services for the past two (2) years for a single commercial office facility, similar in size and type of services.
