PRN Food Service Worker

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a talented and dynamic Food Service Worker for the Dietary Department - (PRN). Job duties include operating food preparation equipment, assembling food items, taking and recording temperatures, along with ensuring stock and inventory control. Participates in special food service events including orientation and holiday celebrations. Performs duties in accordance with the MSHD and JCAHO standards and follows facility sanitary guidelines.

Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read and follow written dietary plans. Preferred: Associate Degree with 1-3 years of prior experience in the food service/preparation field.
