Lead Juvenile Detention Officer - Crisis & Supervision

Dallas County is seeking a Lead Juvenile Detention Officer to supervise youths in a 24-hour detention facility and assist in program development and evaluation. The role includes crisis intervention, staff training, and coverage in the absence of the shift supervisor. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, two years of related experience, and Texas driver’s license.
