Program Overview The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) – Creative Track – is a full‑time leadership development program for recent graduates who want to work on cutting‑edge advertising campaigns for brands such as Nike, PayPal and Best Western. Who You Are Creatively Passionate – eager to create memorable, culture‑rooted content. Human Centered – understand unpredictable human behavior. Impact Driven – deliver tangible outcomes across the customer journey. Agile – adapt to cultural shifts, budget changes and real‑time data. Key Responsibilities Create and implement advertising copy that engages and informs customers. Develop brand voice for multiple brands and produce integrated campaign ideas. Stay current on industry trends and best practices. Present creative concepts internally and connect ideas to client objectives. Deliver polished final deliverables and recommend new content based on customer needs. Apply critical thinking to tackle briefs from multiple angles. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. Major in Creative/Advertising Copywriting, Marketing or Advertising. Relevant advertising professional work or internship experience, with a portfolio of integrated campaigns across media. Knowledge of storytelling, branding, screenwriting and social media (a plus).
