Security Administrator

Our client is seeking a dedicated Security Administrator to join their team. As a Security Administrator, you will be an essential part of the Security Department supporting internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Security Administrator Location: Fairfax, VA What's the Job? Manage and monitor security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to ensure operational integrity. Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees entering the secure facility. Issue and manage corporate photo identification badges and access privileges for various personnel. Coordinate badge requests, process access requests, and maintain accurate records for security compliance. Respond to emergencies, document incidents, and elevate issues as necessary to ensure safety and security. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. Ability to work reliably in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed. What's in it for me?
