Power Transformer Regional Sales Manager - Midwest Area and East Coast

Job Description Job Description Summary The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading regional business development efforts in the power transformer market, including account management, opportunity identification, and sales performance tracking. The role requires consistent engagement with GOU, IOU, EPC, and other key customers to develop and convert business opportunities. The positon requires at least 10 or more years of Transformer sales experience. The candidate is expected to actively manage the sales pipeline, provide regular and structured reporting, and ensure progress on key projects. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure orders while maintaining long-term customer relationships are essential requirements. This position also requires the ability to formulate and execute market strategies, respond to competitive dynamics, and coordinate internally to support project execution. A high level of responsibility, discipline, and persistence is expected to ensure sustainable growth and regional market expansion.
