This job posting is for employment at an independently owned and operated franchisee of Denny’s.
SERVER Pay Range: $14.25 - $22.79
Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as: applicable minimum wage, tips, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay.
We want our restaurant to feel like home, and to have our guests welcomed into our home with open arms. Front and center in this mission are the servers! Our Servers deliver great service with a smile – every time! Whether you’re a pro from the get-go or brand new to the hospitality industry, you will get to experience the joy of serving guests the Denny’s way.
A Denny’s Server has a “Guests First” attitude, responding to guests and coworkers in a timely, courteous, and respectful way.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and seating guests.
Taking and delivering great food.
Suggesting new menu items.
Receiving payment for the Cashier and making correct change.
Assisting with To-Go orders and packaging To-Go orders as business permits
Willingly assisting team members without being asked.
Providing total guest satisfaction.
