Position Overview

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible Family Physician
• 1.0 FTE position
• Active Washington State license required
• Commitment to high‑quality care and work‑life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $293,600 – $317,400; first‑year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, with growth tied to RVU production in year two
