What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, and individual clients
• Review and oversee complex individual, corporate, partnership, non-profit, and trust tax returns
• Provide strategic tax planning and business consulting services
• Lead client engagements and maintain strong long-term relationships
• Mentor and develop accounting staff
• Help drive firm growth through client retention, referrals, and business development
• Participate in operational and strategic planning initiatives
• Collaborate with firm leadership on succession planning and future ownership opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Active CPA license required
• 10-15+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong expertise in tax planning, compliance, and client advisory services
• Experience managing client relationships and reviewing tax engagements
• Leadership experience supervising and developing staff
• Excellent communication and business development skills
• Desire to pursue a future ownership opportunity
