Amount of coverage needed: Full-time locums split when scheduling
24-hour call coverage is required


Patient population includes individuals over 18.
Emergencies may include cases of torsion during call.
Department description: 24-hour beeper call.
EMR system used is EPIC.
Practice setting is within a hospital environment.
Robotic surgery is an option for this practice but not mandatory.
Total operating rooms available: 16.
Supervision of NP/PAs is required.
Office equipment available includes cystoscopes and towers for injections.
Core procedures needed include vasectomy, cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, and lithotripsy.
Circumcision may occasionally involve managing cases for children if required during call.
Requirements include a minimum of 90 days for credentialing.
Temporary privileges available for urgent needs with clean files.
Candidate must hold active licensure in their state of residence and the state where services are provided.
All active licenses will be verified.
No submissions will be considered if requirements are not met.
Credentialing must be completed fully two business days before the start date.
