Position: Assembly Operator 
Location: Burlington, OH
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm Monday-Friday

This position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop your skills using small hand tools in a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will be cross-trained to work in various areas and may flex to kitting as operational needs require.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components using small hand tools according to detailed instructions
• Accurately follow all safety and quality guidelines
• Flex between different workstations and tasks as directed
• Move to kitting assignments as needed to support production deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Comply with company policies and procedures at all times

Required Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required—training provided
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new assignments
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
