Emergency Medicine Physician

Role Overview: Serve as an Emergency Medicine Physician in a rural hospital setting, providing high-quality, compassionate care within a Level IV trauma ED with approximately 6,400 visits annually and 7 beds. Collaborate with a close-knit team of physicians to deliver patient-centered care, lead quality improvement initiatives, and foster strong relationships with hospital partners. Responsibilities: Manage a manageable patient load averaging 1 patient per hour, utilizing EPIC electronic medical records, and delivering excellent care aligned with community needs. Lead efforts in quality and clinical excellence to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications: Board certified or eligible in emergency medicine or family/internal medicine with emergency experience, active or eligible Texas medical license, and authorized to work in the U.S. Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, community focus, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.
