DISTRICT MAINTENANCE MANAGER Are you ready to combine your technical expertise with your love for travel? Sud Stop Car Wash seeks a driven, organized, and dedicated District Maintenance Manager to keep our cutting‑edge car wash facilities running smoothly across the state of Alabama, and it could be you! The annual salary for this position starts at $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience plus bonus eligibility! We offer competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. Opportunities for growth throughout the U.S. Company Vehicle RESPONSIBILITIES Train management team on preventative maintenance and repair issues Facility management Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries. Maintain company standards and adhere to policies. Oversee maintenance for 4 or more locations Oversee a team of 3 or more maintenance technicians P&Ls Repair and Maintenance Budget WORK SCHEDULE We're open seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Travel 50% or more of the time. Weekend and holiday shifts are required. QUALIFICATIONS FOR DISTRICT MAINTENANCE MANAGER Must have Car Wash equipment knowledge Be willing to travel to all our locations nationwide. Proficiency in Plumbing Some welding experience Small motor repair Computer and software proficiency Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
